Wireless and Mobile News reports that SafeLink Wireless service will provide Tennessee's eligible low-income households a free cell phone, unlimited mobile access to emergency services (911), and over an hour of air time each month for up to one year. The cell phones are provided by TracFone Wireless and the Tennessee Department of Safety.
